My first attempt at beer can chicken and man was it good !!! We used michelob light courtesy of Steve Gareau, thanks !! It was so moist and then we cooked corn on the cob, as you can see Dylan loves corn on the cob. Happy fourth of July !!
Mmmmm, that looks tasty...we've done it in the oven, but they need to come up with "bottle chicken", because usually don't have any "canned beers" kickin' around!!!

That chicken was great, looks tell the true story! Probably one of the best I have ever had. We need to do that again. My Little Dylan likes corn I think, do you agree? He would tell you that he and Pa cooked the chicken. The two of them are never far apart, Dylan keeps telling everyone that he and Pa are buddies. And we all know buddies stay together!

Love Beer can Chicken! Really is nice and Juicy. Need to try it on the grill next, I bet it would be even better!
